Trust Olive-Head Bit Simply Broken
Bit coated with Sweet Iron.
This develops surface rust through contact with (atmospheric) moisture,
which tastes sweet and naturally stimulates saliva production.
As a result, the horse accepts the bit better and is encouraged to chew.
This rust formation (oxidation) changes the
blue color of the TRUST bit to gray or brown.
If the Sweet Iron bit is temporarily not used, a thin orange-brown layer of rust will form
on the mouthpiece.
This can be easily removed with a damp cloth.
