The mouthpiece's design, with its forward-sloping tongue relief and smooth transitions into angled, lateral bit sections, is distinguished by its exceptionally fine pressure distribution on the tongue. This optimally utilizes the sense of touch, enabling particularly precise action.
This curb bit is recommended for gently and safely familiarizing a horse with the curb bit.
The angled mouthpiece promotes harmony between the rider's hand and the horse's mouth and ensures a relaxed approach to the curb bit.
The horse's mouth is narrower where the curb bit is buckled, which is why the curb bit should generally be chosen to be 1/2 to 1 cm smaller than the bradoon.
It is important that the side parts of the curb bit fit snugly against the corners of the mouth.
The curb chain should be fastened so that the curb bit can be used at an angle of approximately 45°.
