High-quality velvet saddle pad in an anatomical cut, with lambskin trim in the saddle seat area, a glittery decorative cord, high wither clearance, SPINEFREE® spinal relief (removal of the lambskin in the spine area) and a double-layered core:
1. Layer POLY-FLEX (deep-needled needle felt) for shape retention and pressure equalization
2nd layer of polyester wadding for padding - therefore permeable to air.
The lambskin trim is made of extremely dense and durable wool. The upright wool fibers glide against each other, preventing pressure, friction, or chafing on the horse's skin. The intricate quilted pattern design makes the quilted fabric firm, not lumpy or flabby. Even after many washes, the filling won't break along the quilted seams. For correct placement under the saddle, the saddle pad features lambskin edging at the front and back and adjustable Velcro straps.
The velvety outer fabric, with its high abrasion resistance, retains its properties for many years and lends a very elegant look. Further advantages include Cleanaboo technology and machine washability.
