Double-jointed bits where the olive-shaped
middle piece - compared to conventional bits -
is shortened and angled forward at 45°.
Only with this angle does the middle piece lie particularly
gently on the tongue. These bits therefore allow for
trusting contact and very fine rein aids.
The innovative KK ULTRA bits utilize the sense of touch
of the tongue, which functions as sensitively in horses
as in humans. The tongue is a highly sensitive
sensory organ and enhances the reception of signals
that arrive in the horse's mouth through the rider's rein aids.
When the reins are pulled, the center piece of the KK ULTRA bits
rests comfortably on the tongue, without pinching and without pressure on
the palate and bars. The connecting rings to the
center piece roll over the tongue. Due to the new position
of the center piece and the side bit parts, the
tactile sensation of the tongue is more strongly stimulated.
The rider's rein aids
arrive more precisely and sensitively in the horse's mouth.
The KK ULTRA bits ensure an incomparably
sensitive contact between rider and horse.
When switching to a KK ULTRA bit, an immediate
improvement in contact is usually noticeable. The anatomically
adapted mouthpiece is particularly comfortable for the horse
and promotes suppleness, as the rider can exert more sensitive influence.
