Shipping costs and free delivery

Shipping is carried out by DHL. The following shipping rates apply:

• Germany: €3.95. Free shipping is available for orders of €99.00 or more.
• European shipping zone (see countries below): €16.50. Free shipping is available for orders of €150.00 or more.
• Switzerland: €25.00. Free shipping is available for orders of €150.00 or more.
• Other offered delivery countries outside the zones mentioned above, excluding the USA: €65.00. Free shipping is available for orders of €500.00 or more. This also includes Australia and the offered delivery countries in the Middle East.
• USA: USD 200.00. No free shipping threshold is provided for this shipping rate.

European shipping zone: all EU member states except Germany, as well as Belarus, Kosovo, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway, Russia, Serbia, Ukraine and the United Kingdom. Austria and Liechtenstein are part of this zone; the separate rate above applies to Switzerland.

The stated rates apply to the items in your cart. Depending on the items included in your order, multiple shipping charges may apply. The shipping methods available for your delivery address and order, as well as the total shipping costs, are displayed at checkout before you complete your order. If the applicable free shipping threshold has been reached, select the free shipping option there.

The displayed prices include 19% German VAT.

DHL shipments generally cannot be delivered to PO box addresses or
parcel lockers. DHL's terms and conditions also
apply and can be read at www.dhl.de.

Goods can be returned by DHL Parcel or any parcel delivery service. The sender of the return bears the costs.

If you use the Reitsport Loew return label, the return costs of €7.50 will automatically be deducted from the amount to be refunded

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: If the value of your order falls below the free shipping threshold after a return, we will charge you shipping costs retrospectively

Please note: For particularly heavy parcels weighing more than 15 kilograms, collection in person is the only option! Shipping cannot take place due to the high weight. 
We use sustainable packaging! We do not put textiles and leather goods in additional plastic packaging unless it is necessary. If we do, we often use the packaging in which the goods were delivered to us. We also reuse cardboard boxes. Please bear with us if our packaging materials look as though they have been used before — we do this for the sake of our planet!
