The Apple Mouth bit has a plastic mouthpiece that releases a subtle apple flavor upon contact with saliva. This stimulates the horse to produce more saliva, making it easier for the horse to accept the bit. At 15 mm, the mouthpiece is relatively narrow and therefore well-suited for horses with limited space in their mouths.
This single-jointed snaffle bit has a plastic mouthpiece with a metal core and stainless steel rings. Thanks to the combination of flexible plastic and high-quality stainless steel, the bit is sturdy yet exceptionally soft and gentle. The plastic has a hardness of 90A and is FDA-approved. This means the material is solvent-free, contains no plasticizers, and is non-toxic. The anatomical design follows the shape of the horse's mouth, creating a soft and even pressure distribution.
