Shipping and costs
Shipping takes place with DHL parcel.
Free shipping in Germany for orders over €50 ,
Free shipping within the EU for orders over €100 ,
Other countries free shipping for orders over €250 .
The prices shown include 19% German sales tax.
All shipments via DHL generally cannot be sent to PO box addresses or Packing stations are delivered. DHL's terms and conditions are supplementary

The goods can be returned by DHL Parcel or any parcel service provider. The return sender bears the costs. If you use the Reitsport-Loew return label in Germany , the return costs of 6 € will automatically be deducted from the amount to be refunded
Here you will receive the return label for a fee (6 euros).
IMPORTANT INFO: If, after returning the item, the value of your order falls below the amount above which shipping is free, we will subsequently charge you shipping costs
Please note: For particularly heavy packages that weigh more than 15 kilos, self-collection is the only option! Shipping cannot take place due to the high weight.
We pack sustainably! We do not specifically bag textiles and leather goods in plastic unless absolutely necessary. If so, we often use the packaging in which the goods were delivered to us. We also recycle cardboard boxes.
Please forgive us if our packaging materials look as if they have been used before - we do this for the love of our planet!
