These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all relevant legal relationships between Reitsport Loew and the customer ("Customer" or "Purchaser"), who is either a consumer within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code ("Consumer") or an entrepreneur within the meaning of Section 14 BGB ("entrepreneur") and must in any case be of legal age.

The customer acknowledges the validity of these General Terms and Conditions as part of the ordering process by clicking on the “I accept your General Terms and Conditions” field and sending the completed order form.
Any terms and conditions of the customer do not apply unless Reitsport Loew has expressly agreed to their validity in advance.

2. Important information

2.1 Presentation

The goods offered at www.reitsport-loew.com are clearly presented on the website and largely reflect reality. However, Reitsport Loew is unable to guarantee that the images and colors that the customer sees on his screen will completely correspond to reality, also due to different screen, graphics and/or printer settings.

2.2 Stock availability/prices of the goods

We would like to point out that the products presented at www.reitsport-loew.de may no longer be available or may no longer be available at the time the customer visits the website and the corresponding prices may have changed.

2.3 One-time seal

All ordered goods are equipped with refund labels attached to one-time seals and are delivered as such. When you try on the goods you ordered, please be careful not to remove or damage the refund label. We expressly point out that we are not obliged to take back goods if the refund label has been removed or damaged.

3. Conclusion of contract

3.1 Purchase Agreement

The offer of goods on www.reitsport-loew.de is not a binding contractual offer within the meaning of Section 145 of the German Civil Code (BGB), but is to be understood as an invitation to make an offer (invitatio ad offerendum). By submitting an order by clicking the “order with obligation to pay” or “send order” button, you are submitting a binding contract offer. After submitting the order, you will receive a confirmation email from www.reitsport-loew.de. The confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of the contract. Acceptance of the contract occurs when the goods are dispatched. In the order form, the customer accepts the “General Terms and Conditions for the Equestrian Loew Shop”. The customer can recognize any input errors when submitting the order during the final confirmation before checkout and correct them at any time using the delete and change function as well as by pressing the “back” function of the Internet browser before sending the order. The prices apply at the time of ordering.

3.2 Order confirmation

The automatic order confirmation sent to the customer after Reitsport Loew receives the order does not constitute acceptance of the contract offer.

3.3 Contract text

The contract text is not stored by us and can no longer be accessed after the ordering process has been completed. You can print out the order details immediately after sending. To do this, you can either use the subsequent “Your order” page or the “Confirmation of receipt” email. The customer can access and view these contractual conditions at any time via the “Terms and Conditions” subcategory on the home page. The customer thus has the option of printing out these General Terms and Conditions using the “print function” of the Internet browser or saving the corresponding website locally.

The reservation of self-delivery applies to consumers within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB) only in the event that a congruent hedging transaction has been concluded with the supplier, the supplier has let us down in this respect and Reitsport Loew is not responsible for any incorrect or non-delivery.
