Eggbutt snaffles are ideal for horses with sensitive mouth angles, as they prevent the lips from pinching. The rings attached to the mouthpiece ensure the bit sits securely in the mouth. Slippage is prevented, allowing the KK ULTRA mouthpiece to be positioned centrally on the tongue.

Double-jointed bits feature a shorter, olive-shaped middle piece than conventional bits and are angled forward at a 45° angle. Only at this angle does the middle piece rest particularly gently on the tongue. These bits therefore allow for a confident contact and very fine rein control.
The innovative KK ULTRA bits use the sense of touch of the tongue, which is just as sensitive in horses as it is in humans.
The tongue is a highly sensitive sensory organ and amplifies the reception of signals received by the horse's mouth from the rider's rein aids. When the reins are pulled, the middle piece of the KK ULTRA bit rests snugly on the tongue without squeezing or putting pressure on the palate or bars. The connecting rings to the middle piece roll over the tongue. The new position of the middle piece and the lateral parts of the bit enhances the tongue's tactile sensitivity. The rider's rein aids reach the horse's mouth more precisely and with greater sensitivity. KK ULTRA bits ensure incomparably sensitive contact between rider and horse. When switching to a KK ULTRA bit, an immediate improvement in contact is usually noticeable. The anatomically shaped mouthpiece is particularly comfortable for the horse and promotes relaxation, as the rider can influence the bit more sensitively.
