Application :
As a liniment: use undiluted and energetically
massage in.
As a cooling compress: apply undiluted, lightly
massage and bandage.
As a wash: 1:20 with cold or

Arnica and witch hazel help reduce swelling while
Rosemary and lavender stimulate blood circulation. Contains menthol!
