The Apple Mouth bit features a plastic mouthpiece that releases a subtle apple flavour when it comes into contact with saliva. This stimulates the horse to produce more saliva, which makes it easier for the horse to accept the bit. At 14 mm, the mouthpiece is relatively narrow, making it suitable for horses with less space in their mouths.
This double-jointed loose ring snaffle has a plastic mouthpiece with a metal core and stainless steel rings. Thanks to the combination of flexible plastic and high-quality stainless steel, the bits are stable yet exceptionally soft and kind. The plastic has a hardness of 90A and is FDA-approved, meaning the material is solvent-free, contains no plasticizers, and is non-toxic. The anatomical design follows the shape of the horse's mouth, creating a soft and even pressure distribution. A loose ring snaffle is a bit with loose bit rings that can move freely.
