Sprenger Eggbutt Snaffle

Recommended for horses that need an improvement in contact. Eggbutt snaffles are well suited for horses with sensitive corners of the mouth, as pinching of the lips, which can happen with loose ring snaffles, is prevented.
The mouthpiece is fixed to the eggbutt rings. This makes these bits lie particularly still in the mouth and allows for direct and effective action on the tongue. The lateral contact surface prevents the bit from slipping through. The additional lateral support facilitates riding turns and limiting with the outside, supporting rein.
