Sensogan double-jointed (40604)

A double-jointed bit where the olive-shaped middle link is shorter than in conventional bits and angled forward by 45°.

Only with this angle does the middle link rest particularly gently on the tongue.
The bits therefore allow for significantly better contact and very fine rein aids.

The innovative KK ULTRA bits utilize the sense of touch of the tongue,
which is as sensitive in horses as it is in humans.
The tongue is a highly sensitive sensory organ that enhances the perception of the signals
received in the horse's mouth through the rider's rein aids. When the reins are engaged, the middle link of the KK ULTRA
bits lies flat on the tongue without pinching or exerting pressure on the palate
and bars. The connecting rings to the middle link roll over the
tongue. Due to the new position of the middle link and the side pieces,
the tactile sensitivity of the tongue is more effectively engaged. The rider's rein aids
are transmitted more precisely and sensitively to the horse's mouth.

The KK ULTRA bits ensure incomparably sensitive contact
between rider and horse. Switching to a KK ULTRA bit usually results in an immediate improvement in contact.

The anatomically adapted mouthpiece is particularly comfortable for the
horse and encourages relaxation, as the rider can apply aids more sensitively.

Sensogan:
Sensogan is the further development of the Aurigan material mix.
In this new alloy, the positive properties of Aurigan have been enhanced
to achieve even better compatibility for the highly sensitive horse's mouth.
The composition consists of copper, manganese, and zinc.
Despite a reduced copper content compared to Aurigan bits, a controlled
oxidation process occurs through the combination with manganese, and the horse's chewing activity
is specifically stimulated. Manganese is an important trace element that, among other things,
is significant for the formation of connective tissue as well as muscle and energy metabolism,
and can help reduce stress. Furthermore, manganese breaks down histamine
and can thus help prevent allergic reactions.
